ATT&T Mobility requests conditional use permits to authorize the construction and operation of three new unmanned small-cell wireless telecommunications facilities to be located on the top of three new concrete light poles that will replace an existing pole in the same or approximate area. All of the new facilities are located in the public right-of-way, all wireless equipment will be pole mounted, and no communications equipment will be located on the ground.
