This ordinance amends Title 21 - Subdivision and Title 22 - Planning and Zoning of the Los Angeles County Code, relating to standardizing appeal procedures and clarifying the beginning and end dates of the time period in which to file an appeal for various land use entitlements. It sets forth the general rule as well as identifies specific time periods for certain permits that vary from the general rule. Finally, this ordinance eliminates from the appeal fee the requirement that an appellant pay costs for transcribing the prior hearings for the permit at issue.
