EPIC-LA (LA County’s Electronic Permitting & Inspection) Portal is your “one-stop shop” to submit applications, check on case status, and run reports. Registration is required for application submittal, paying fees, or to receive plans filed reports.
After registering and logging into EPIC-LA, you can submit a “Base Application” which will help planners understand your project and convert your request to the appropriate case type (e.g., Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan Review, etc.)
Use this function to look up cases using the project number (e.g., 2020-001234), plan number (e.g., RPPL2020001234), or location (partial address or Assessor Parcel Number) and check their status, contact the case planner, and check for outstanding payments due and access related public documents.
Find out what cases are filed in your community or generate reports based on filed date for specific case types (e.g. Oak Tree Permits). More reports will be available soon!
