The Florence-Firestone Community Plan (Plan) is a comprehensive long-range plan to guide development in the Florence-Firestone community over the next 20 years. The Plan was created to achieve the communities’ shared vision of the future through specific goals, policies, land use and zoning maps, and an update the Community Standards District. The Plan was adopted on September 3, 2019 by the Board of Supervisors and is effective on October 3, 2019.
