Proposed zoning ordinance amendments to the Los Angeles County Code (Title 22) which will limit the placement or enlargement of outdoor advertising signs in the unincorporated areas of the County of Los Angeles to M (Industrial) Zones and will require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to be obtained prior to placement or enlargement of such signs. The ordinance will also create an annual inspection fee to cover the costs of reinspecting legally established outdoor advertising signs.
