On motion of Supervisor Knabe, seconded by Supervisor Yaroslavsky, duly carried by the following vote: Ayes: Supervisors Burke, Yaroslavsky, Knabe, Antonovich and Molina; Noes: None, the Board adopted the attached Ordinance No. 2005-0055 entitled, “An ordinance amending Title 22 - Planning and Zoning of the Los Angeles County Code to establish use and development standards for shared water wells.†This ordinance shall take effect August 4, 2005.
