Permitted Uses:

  • Commercial Uses (22.40.805) with limited residential.

Minimum Required Area:

  • Not applicable.
  • Density/FAR:
    • Maximum residential density is 0-5 du/net ac
    • Maximum Non-residential density is FAR 0.5
    • Mixed Use: 0-5 du/net ac and FAR 0.5

Maximum Height Limit:

  • 35 feet or two stories (22.40.825.D.), except as otherwise provided in community standards district. (22.44)

Minimum Required Parking:

  • 22.40.825.G, H
  • See applicable use–Part 11, Chapter 22.52

Building Setback:

  • Yard requirements vary (22.40.825)

Maximum Lot Coverage:

  • 90% (22.40.825.E.)
