Case Description / Summary

A public hearing will be held for ALUC review of the revised South Bay Lexus Torrance Project, which was referred by the City of Torrance for a consistency determination with the adopted Los Angeles County Airport Land Use Plan, as required by state law (Public Utilities Code). The project includes a proposed vehicle inventory lot in the vicinity of a runway. The project has been redesigned since its previous ALUC review.
