56 people attended the “catch-up†session and heard an update on how the Plan is evolving – specifically, how community members’ recommended goals and policies are being organized into actions. Participants also reviewed and critiqued a draft of the Preliminary Poster Plan, gave constructive comments on the proposed Plan structure, and shared creative ideas for promoting and disseminating the poster. Those comments will be incorporated into the next iteration of materials. The poster is on track to be released in July, and the Draft Plan is scheduled for release at the end of August.
