Event Summary / Additional Information
Department of Regional Planning staff met with 36 Los Altos High School Student Senators and 25 Leadership Students to inform them of the Community Plan Update and to receive their feedback and ideas for future student participation. Partnering with members of the Youth Planning Committee, staff presented background information on community planning, and informed students about upcoming opportunities to get involved in the Hacienda Heights Community Plan Update. The meetings also provided an opportunity for the Youth Planning Committee to reach a broader spectrum of students and for students to brainstorm additional ideas for future involvement in the Community Plan Update.
