Five members of the Youth Planning Committee met to finalize logistical aspects of their summer project, the restaurant evaluation demonstration project. Building on the work done at the Youth Planning Workshop on May 29, 2008, students discussed the details of their project, reviewed and revised draft survey and evaluation materials, and decided upon desired project outcomes.
