Timeline
The anticipated timeline for adoption of the Willowbrook Transit-Oriented District (TOD) Specific Plan is as follows.
Winter/Summer 2014 – Gather input on desired land uses and neighborhood development priorities
Fall 2014 – Development of draft land use policy map
2015 – Development of draft Willowbrook TOD Specific Plan
2016 – Completion of the plan and preparation of the environmental document
2017 – Completion of the environmental document and public hearings of the Regional Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors

On January 8, 2014, the Department of Regional Planning introduced the Willowbrook TOD Specific Plan at a meeting of the Concerned Citizens of Willowbrook. The presentation is available below.
