TOD

Transit Oriented Districts (TODs)

Transit Oriented Districts (TODs) are areas where the County encourages infill development, pedestrian-friendly and community-serving uses near transit stops. The goal is to encourage walking, bicycling, and transit use. The General Plan adds new TODs and expands existing TODs from approximately a ¼ mile radius to ½ mile radius from the transit stations. TODs are shown on the map and table below.

TOD Specific Plans establish specific development standards for each TOD area. If a TOD designated area does not have an adopted specific plan, the base zoning code applies.
